Promoting on Message Boards:
This is the way I would do it.
Step 1 - Register a new domain name
- I'd use www.namecheap.com
- The best names include the word Racing - making them more search engine friendly
Step 2 - Have domain forward to Affiliate Code
- Login at www.namecheap.com
- Click on Manage Domains
- Find and click on Domain Name
- Click on "Modify DNS"
- Select "Use Namecheap's NameServers" and click "Save Changes"
- Click on "MODIFY URL FORWARDING"
- Input forwarding settings
- Enter your domain name into both the www & @ box
- Set the Redirect Type to URL Redirect
- Click "Save Changes"
It may take up to 48 hours for your forwarding to work
Step 3 - Post on Racing Message Boards
- Put your domain name in the signature of posts
- Don't just post the domain - post real solutions for other members
